How to make a request
Email hello@petesaservice.com from the address you used with us, and tell us what you would like: a copy of your information, a correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Include your order reference if you have one. Please do not attach identity documents unless we ask for them.
What happens next
We confirm your identity, then act on the request or explain why part of it cannot be completed, for example when clinical record keeping or tax rules require us to keep a record. Clinical records held by your evaluating clinician may also be subject to the clinician's own record rules.
